WHY DO I NEED TO USE E-PAY PORTAL TO MAKE PAYMENT?

PAYMENT EFFICIENCY

  • Payer will receive the official receipt once payment made successfully.
  • PTj will receive the fund in a real time. 

EASY AND FRIENDLY USE

  • Customers no need to go to bank counter or ATM / CDM machine in order to make payment. Through internet banking, customers can made payment online via bank account or credit / debit card. 
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE I START TO USE E-PAY PORTAL?
  • To make payments through e-Pay Portal, you can directly make payment by choosing payment's category on the e-Pay menu or register first. Please refer to links below for further information and guide.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ANY INQUIRY OR RECEIVED THE WRONG BILL?
  • If you received the wrong bill or have any inquiry about Service Tax 6%, please refer to Fund Management and Credit Control Division through email bursar_endowtax@um.edu.my for assistance.

 

  • As an alternative, you may contact our helpline at +603-7967 7043 / 7927 / 3466.
IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION (E-PAY) STATUS PAGE AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, WHERE CAN I CHECK MY TRANSACTION?
  • You can check your email with subject [E-PAY @UM] Payment Notification and print the payment receipt with status ‘Print Receipt’

 

  • As an alternative, please contact Cash Management Section at +603-7967 7043 / 7927 / 3466 (Mon - Fri, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Public Holiday) or email to bursar_cash@um.edu.my  for assistance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE MESSAGE 'PAYMENT UNSUCCESSFUL' AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?
  • Check either card / account is rejected. If not, please continue to make your payment again. If yes, please check your email to print receipt.
